Personalized Care and Guidance

I teach my clients skills to help them manage overwhelming emotions, discover alternative ways of thinking about a situation, communicate and connect with others, or set appropriate boundaries. Through our unique relationship as client and therapist built on trust and understanding,  you will be able to safely explore your life experiences and patterns. This will allow you to better understand yourself and your relationships, then have new relational experiences. It is important to find a therapist who is the right fit for you. Therefore, I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation before making a commitment to therapy.
